What Is Your Return or Exchange Policy?

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or faulty upon delivery

  • The product received is the wrong size or doesn’t match your order

  • The product is unused, with all original tags, packaging, and protective stickers intact

How Do I Apply for a Return or Exchange?

To start a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery via:

Please share photographic evidence of any damaged or incorrect items via email.
We review every request case by case and aim to be fair and helpful.

Who Pays for Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us

  • However, we offer FREE delivery for sending the replacement item to you

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, your return shipping cost will be reimbursed via bank transfer

How Long Does It Take to Process Returns?

We aim to process returns within 5–7 business days of receiving your item.
During busy sales or holidays, processing may take up to 14 business days.

What Is Your Size Exchange Policy?

If the size doesn’t fit, no worries! You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Contact us by email or WhatsApp to request the new size

  • We’ll arrange the exchange once we receive the original item

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes — refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item due to a packing mistake

🔁 Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges
⏳ Processing time: 7–10 business days

Returns on Sale & Discounted Items

Exchanges on sale or discounted products are only allowed if there was a mistake on our end (wrong item sent).

What Items Are Not Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • The product has been used, worn, or washed

  • The product was tampered with or damaged after delivery
