• All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving payment.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you via email if there’s a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and external courier factors.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within Pakistan.

If you would like to request international shipping, please contact us at support@minnitiny.com— we’ll try our best to accommodate.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided or directly on the carrier's website.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Minni Tiny is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If you realize an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@minnitiny.com.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us at support@minnitiny.com within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue — either by reshipping the item or issuing a refund.
